The Skybirds Rally, at Mountstewart Gardens, Co. Down proved as always to be a very successful display. Despite threatening terrible weather in the morning the sky cleared, almost, for the afternoon with just 2 short very wet squalls dampening things down. The control line flying display was superbly flown by Maurice and Peter, sadly the vintage Tomtit flown my Eric flipped over on landing and suffered a broken tail. Our thanks go the the North Down club for their participation and excellant static display of some marvelous radio controlled aircraft.
